Property Kare started in the 1990s as a single Karachi real estate office and grew into two distinct, specialised desks: one for residential buying and renting around Bahadurabad, and one for commercial and industrial property in Korangi Industrial Area.
We never tried to be a general real estate office that does a bit of everything everywhere. Instead, each office has stayed close to one set of streets, one set of landlords and tenants, and one type of property — which is what makes it possible to know an area properly rather than just list properties in it.
That approach is also why we've stayed mostly word-of-mouth for over three decades. We're building this website and a digital presence now to make it easier for new clients to find us — not to change how we work.
